Welcome to the New Triumph

One name. One network. One bold step forward.

Triumph Financial, Triumph, TriumphPay and ISO are now united under a single trusted name: Triumph

This change isn’t just about a color or a logo — it’s about making it easier for you to do business with us. As a transportation-focused financial and technology partner, we’re streamlining how we show up for you while continuing to deliver the tools, technology and service you rely on.

Transact Confidently.

That’s our promise.

When you’re with Triumph, you’re in the Network — a financial ecosystem built to modernize and simplify freight transactions for brokers, carriers, shippers and factors, where every transaction, every insight and every relationship unlocks new opportunity.

Inside the Triumph Network, you’ll experience:

  • Real-time payments and automated invoice processing that save you time and money

  • Verified and transparent transactions that reduce risk and stop fraud before it starts

  • Banking, financing and workflow solutions that improve cash flow and help you grow

This is what it means to Transact Confidently — with Triumph.

More Simplicity. More Consistency. More to Come.

Our brand is evolving — and so is your experience.

We’ve started by bringing our brands together under one name, but this is just the beginning. Over time, you’ll see a more connected experience across every Triumph product and platform. That means fewer silos, less friction, and a more unified way to do business.

The change won’t happen all at once, but we’ll keep you informed along the way.

TriumphPay FAQs

Now operating as Triumph Payments within the Triumph Network

  • Has TriumphPay gone away?

No. TriumphPay has been folded into the broader Triumph brand. The platform is now known as Triumph Payments and is part of the Triumph Network.

  • Is my TriumphPay account still active?

Yes. Your account, login and transaction history remain unchanged. You can access your account by clicking Login in the top right corner of the page and selecting Payments from the dropdown menu.

  • Has anything changed about the services I use?

Functionally, nothing has changed. You’ll see updated branding, but all services —including NextGen Audit, real-time payments, and invoicing tools — are still available.

  • Can I still use the same support contacts?

Yes. We also have a unified number that will make it even easier for you to get the support you need. Call 833-242-2114

  • Is Triumph Factoring sharing TriumphPay customer data across the organization?

No. Triumph is a regulated financial institution. Data privacy and security remain our top priorities. Existing data privacy agreements are still in effect.

Triumph FAQs

Factoring, insurance, equipment finance and the fuel discount program are still operating under Triumph within the Triumph Network.

  • Have Triumph’s factoring services changed?

No. Our factoring services are still available under the Triumph name. What’s changed is the way we present them: now unified under one Triumph brand with a slightly different logo.

  • Can I still access MyTriumph?

Yes. Visit triumph.io, click Login, and choose MyTriumph from the dropdown menu. You can also go straight to MyTriumph: https://www.mytriumph.com/login

  • Has my account or contract changed?

Not at all. Your services, terms and support remain the same. The new brand name reflects our streamlined identity, not a change in your relationship.

  • Who do I contact if I need help with my factoring account?

Your existing point of contact is still your go-to. You can also access support via the MyTriumph in-app chat or call 833-242-2114

  • What’s the benefit of this brand change for me?

It simplifies your experience. When you’re in the Triumph Network, you benefit from integrated services, faster payments and greater transparency across the board.

Triumph Financial FAQs

The financial foundation behind Triumph

  • Has Triumph Financial gone away?

No. Triumph Financial, Inc. is still the parent company, and TBK Bank, SSB, is the regulated financial institution that powers everything we do. Triumph Financial now shares a unified brand identity with the rest of our transportation-focused offerings.

  • Does Triumph still provide traditional banking services?

Yes. TBK Bank, SSB, member FDIC, is Triumph Financial’s banking subsidiary. It continues to offer consumer and business banking solutions under the TBK Bank brand to the communities we serve. Doing business as Triumph allows us to serve the transportation industry under one name, eliminating brand confusion.

  • Is this rebrand a merger or a restructure?

No. This is a strategic brand consolidation to align our transportation services under a single trusted name: Triumph.

  • What does this mean for investors or partners?

Triumph Financial remains a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: TFIN) and continues to operate with the same financial rigor, leadership and strategy as before. This branding update will help clarify our focus and simplify our presence in the transportation sector.

ISO FAQs

Now part of the Triumph brand and platform

  • Has ISO gone away?

Yes, but only in name. ISO is now fully integrated into Triumph. You’ll find the same platform, tools, and support, just under the new brand.

  • Where do I log in to access ISO?

Go to triumph.io, click Login, and select ISO from the dropdown menu. Be sure to bookmark triumph.io going forward.

  • Has the platform changed?

Only slightly. The name and design have been updated, but the tools and functionality remain the same.

  • Has my support team or account contact changed?

No. Your support team hasn’t changed. You can still reach them through the in-app chat, by emailing isosupport@tfin.com, or by contacting your rep directly.

  • Why was ISO rebranded?

ISO was acquired by Triumph in December 2024. Bringing ISO under the Triumph brand helps create a more connected experience for customers and reflects our commitment to offering an integrated freight-tech ecosystem.
